
Be a Family as You Do the Lord’s Work
Read 1 Corinthians Chapter 16 first and then the application below.
1 Corinthians Ch. 16: Be a family to one another as you do the Lord’s work.
v.1-4 According to your ability, regularly set aside something to help other believers.
v.5-9 Fellowship with and encourage believers who are using the doors of opportunity that the Lord gives them, and dealing with opposition to the gospel.
v.10-12 Respect and support fellow workers who come to you in Jesus’s name, but don’t exalt any of them too highly.
v.13-14 Be a watchful, faithful, brave, strong, and loving member of the family and the team.
v.15-24 Respect fellow workers of other churches; supply, refresh, and acknowledge workers who are promoting the gospel and strengthening the churches; and love the Lord and one another.
