Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. (Joshua 1:9 KJV)
courage – firmness of mind and will in the face of danger or extreme difficulty1
dismayed – to be shattered, broken, afraid2
– a loss of power to carry on because of sudden fear, anxiety, or great perplexity3
